Provides welcoming, knowledgeable customer service in a Studs retail studio. Responsibilities include educating customers about products, piercing services, and aftercare; delivering personalized styling; supporting sales goals; managing appointments, POS transactions, inventory restocks, and studio upkeep; following safety protocols; and contributing to a positive team culture. The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend availability, extended standing, lifting, safe chemical handling, and dependable attendance.

Complete a paid six-week piercing apprenticeship involving classroom learning, observation, and hands-on training. Deliver safe, confident piercings, educate clients, follow operating procedures and regulations, maintain sterilized tools and records, meet service and appointment goals, and provide excellent customer experiences. Apprentices must work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and may become eligible for part-time Associate Piercer positions after training.

Responsibilities include delivering safe, professional piercing services, educating clients, supporting jewelry sales, following operating procedures, maintaining sterilized tools and inventory records, and meeting service and appointment goals. Candidates must work flexible part-time schedules, safely handle chemicals, visually assess ear anatomy, lift 20 pounds, and demonstrate reliable attendance, integrity, and openness to feedback.
