Paid apprentices complete a six-week piercing training program involving classroom learning, observation, and hands-on practice. Responsibilities include performing safe ear piercings, educating clients, delivering strong service, meeting appointment targets, maintaining sterilized tools and records, following operating procedures, and supporting studio compliance. Successful apprentices may advance to part-time or full-time Associate Piercer roles in NYC studios.

Requires relevant experience, steady hand, visual inspection abilities, chemical safety, lifting capacity, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and travel to New York City during training.

Paid apprentice piercing role with a six-week classroom, observation, and hands-on training program. Responsibilities include performing piercings safely, following operating procedures and regulations, maintaining sterilized tools and detailed records, educating clients, supporting sales, and delivering a high-quality studio experience. Candidates must have three years of relevant experience, strong availability, steady hands, visual ear-anatomy assessment skills, and the ability to lift 20 pounds and handle chemicals safely.
