Assistant Studio Manager responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, supporting membership growth, coordinating club operations and events, maintaining a clean environment, and educating members about services. The role also coaches and onboards front- and back-of-house staff, supports new-member onboarding, communicates shift information, and helps maintain an inclusive, energetic studio community.

Lead daily studio operations and member experience, drive membership growth and revenue, manage staff scheduling/payroll/onboarding, oversee inventory/vendors and events, implement SOPs and budgets, and build local partnerships to grow community and participation.
