Supports planning, setup, execution, supervision, and assessment of campus events and programs. Responsibilities include equipment loading and teardown, attendee check-in, customer service, facility supervision, safety and emergency procedures, policy enforcement, complaint handling, cleanup, Information Center coverage, meetings, training, and committee participation. The role requires an inclusive, organized, detail-oriented employee who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively in varied indoor and event environments.

Supports daily operations of a university recreation and aquatic center. Duties include enforcing policies, opening and closing the facility, assisting patrons, checking out equipment, preparing rooms and courts, conducting facility counts and walkthroughs, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, communicating equipment or custodial issues, and supporting patron safety and emergencies.

Maintains and updates the Student Union website, ensuring content is current, accessible, consistent, legally compliant, and user-friendly. Creates and manages social media content for platforms including Instagram and TikTok, responds to posts, tracks metrics, promotes campaigns and events, and shares timely campus information. Develops written, visual, and multimedia communications, collaborates with staff and vendors, and recommends social media strategies and platforms.
