Manages StubHub’s global income tax function, including international compliance, U.S. international tax filings, ASC 740 tax provision, transfer pricing, tax planning, audits, and global tax initiatives. Partners with finance, accounting, legal, treasury, and international teams; manages external advisors; supports expansion, M&A, restructuring, process automation, and SOX-compliant controls.

Leads complex POS and marketplace integration investigations, using SQL, Snowflake, logs, APIs, and Python to identify failures and seller impact. Configures integrations, reproduces defects, prepares actionable bug reports, validates fixes, and communicates resolutions to sellers and internal teams. Coaches technical support specialists, maintains troubleshooting guidance, and partners with Product Operations and Product on recurring issues and improvements.

Provides technical support for broker sellers using POS systems and marketplace integrations. Investigates inventory, listing, pricing, order synchronization, fulfillment, API, and transaction issues using SQL, Snowflake, KQL, Azure, AWS, and logs. Owns support cases through resolution, communicates findings to sellers, prioritizes business impact, documents investigations, and escalates complex issues to Product Operations and Product teams.
