Designs and maintains shared engineering infrastructure, internal platforms, backend services, and architectural frameworks. Improves scalability, reliability, observability, fault tolerance, performance, deployment automation, and legacy-system modernization. Reviews system designs, establishes engineering standards, and supports teams adopting shared platform components. Requires collaboration with software, product, platform, data science, data engineering, and analytics teams.

Supports StubHub’s Legal Department across litigation, corporate matters, contracts, and legal operations. Responsibilities include managing disputes and litigation processes, coordinating filings and outside counsel, preparing corporate documents, reviewing and drafting contracts, administering contract databases and signatures, processing legal invoices, supporting budgets, and managing legal projects. The role requires extensive paralegal experience, strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and contract lifecycle management tools.

Drive architecture and standards for scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and data management. Build cross-functional data models and reliable batch and streaming workflows, including ingestion of financial and transactional data. Use SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, orchestration tools, and transformation frameworks to ensure data quality, monitoring, compliance, and actionable insights. Lead initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
