The role is based in Shanghai and requires approximately 20% travel.

Manage PV module inspection and audit projects: plan and execute timelines, ensure compliance with industry standards, analyze inspection data, manage client relationships, lead and mentor QA teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead the global IT department to define and execute IT strategy, manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale digital transformation projects. Oversee applications, cloud and AI adoption, vendor management, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement while mentoring regional IT teams and reporting progress to senior leadership.
