Lead UX strategy and design for medical-device products: conduct user research and usability testing, produce wireframes/prototypes/flows, mentor designers, and own IEC 62366 usability documentation to deliver user-centered, scalable interfaces that meet product and business goals.

Coordinate cross-functional development projects for ENT medical technologies. Create and maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and resources, facilitate cross-functional communication, document decisions, prepare reports for leadership, and support continuous improvement to deliver products from concept to market.

Support post-market surveillance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities including complaint handling, adverse event and UDI reporting, product field actions, QMS documentation control, regulatory communications, process improvements, and cross-functional QA projects. Perform QA administrative and operational tasks under QA team guidance.
