Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes by collecting and validating data, engaging customers, recording and managing cases, creating credit/debit notes in ERP, collaborating with internal teams to identify root causes, meet KPIs, support audits, and drive process improvements.

Lead product lifecycle planning across launches, transitions and phase-outs. Facilitate cross-functional planning forums, align Supply/Demand/Marketing, ensure plans reflect inventory and demand, support go-to-market readiness, identify risks and opportunities, improve lifecycle planning processes, and use data/insights to inform decisions.
