The Product Support Specialist promotes Stryker's Hip and Knee products to surgeons, providing clinical support, training, and optimizing customer service. This role includes business planning, customer relationship development, and troubleshooting issues during surgical procedures using robotic technology.

Summer interaction design internship supporting UX and UI design for mobile and web emergency care applications. The intern will collaborate with experienced designers, engineering, marketing, and clinical teams; create user flows, prototypes, interaction models, and design-system elements; conduct user research; maintain visual brand language; and advocate for end users in product development.

Support regional sales and product managers with business development, customer relationship management, purchase orders, consignments, inventory reduction, and surgical kit preparation. Provide pre- and post-surgery support in hospitals, develop product expertise, assist with client workshops, and help achieve revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and annual sales targets.
