Lead and manage the electrical estimating department, set preconstruction strategy, drive client relationships, oversee estimating lifecycle (conceptual budgets, value engineering, constructability), align estimating with operations, and modernize processes and reporting to secure profitable projects.

Lead and manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects from planning through closeout. Coordinate vendors/subcontractors, control budgets and change orders, support field teams, maintain documentation, and promote safety while working with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead the electrical preconstruction function: manage the estimating team, set pursuit strategy and go/no-go decisions, build client relationships, oversee estimating through handoff, and drive process, technology, and data improvements to secure profitable work.
