Create and maintain 3D models, fabrication drawings, shop drawings, installation documentation, and CNC files for mass timber structures. Coordinate design information with architects, engineers, contractors, fabrication crews, and CNC operators. Support design-for-fabrication, connection and fastening standardization, production efficiency, task prioritization, and continual drafting-process improvement. The role requires strong Rhino and BIM software proficiency, drafting knowledge, spatial reasoning, and experience with timber and steel detailing.

Manage timber construction projects from award through completion, overseeing safety, quality, budgets, schedules, billing, contracts, procurement, change orders, and deliverables. Coordinate company resources, subcontractors, and clients; lead quality assurance and provide onsite construction support. Report project progress and issues to management, evaluate outcomes, and supervise project coordinators or assistant project managers. The role is remote and supports East Coast projects with selective travel.

The role supports onsite construction, coordinates with clients and internal departments, evaluates bids, tracks milestones, manages delays and compensation, and helps achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Travel to the United States is required approximately 50–70% of the time.
