Manage timber construction projects from award through completion, overseeing safety, quality, budgets, schedules, billing, contracts, procurement, change orders, and deliverables. Coordinate company resources, subcontractors, and clients; lead quality assurance and provide onsite construction support. Report project progress and issues to management, evaluate outcomes, and supervise project coordinators or assistant project managers. The role is remote and supports East Coast projects with selective travel.

The role supports onsite construction, coordinates with clients and internal departments, evaluates bids, tracks milestones, manages delays and compensation, and helps achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Travel to the United States is required approximately 50–70% of the time.

Coordinates DowelLam projects from award through design, procurement, production, shipment, and closeout. Responsibilities include managing RFIs, material takeoffs, supplier purchasing, production readiness, logistics, schedules, project records, changes, cost tracking, quality documentation, and client communications. Works primarily in an office and shop environment with project managers, engineering, drafting, procurement, production, quality, shipping, vendors, and clients. Rare site visits may be required.
