Senior technology leader for China operations responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity, vendor and budget management. Partners with China and Global leadership to deploy enterprise systems, support research and clinical functions, and ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations while building a high-performing regional IT team.

Lead development and governance of Structures Knowledge System: ontologies, semantic enrichments, data catalog, curated datasets, and digital twins. Build and manage data engineering pipelines for AI, enforce FAIR principles, oversee data stewardship and GxP-compliant governance, enable vendor evaluations, and align data roadmaps with Clinical, CMC, R&D, Commercial, and G&A stakeholders.

Lead in vivo pharmacology studies, troubleshoot experimental challenges, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior scientists while supporting drug discovery projects.
