The Office Services Associate is responsible for mail sorting, package delivery, inventory maintenance, document shredding, and customer service duties as part of the Office Services team.

Lead and manage Investment Operations for public and private investments, overseeing trade support, reconciliations, corporate actions, cash flows, and manager onboarding/terminations. Maintain IBOR and OMS platforms (SimCorp, Triton, Bloomberg AIM). Supervise teams, drive workflow improvements, ensure controls, and partner with investments, IT, legal, compliance, and finance to enable efficient, scalable investment operations.

Process and reconcile daily securities transactions (bonds, stocks, alternatives, real estate), manage corporate actions, coordinate with brokers and custodians, complete position reconciliations and monthly sign-offs, and support the investment operations team during peak periods.
