Leads individual giving, mid-level giving, annual fund strategy, donor portfolio management, stewardship, and fundraising events. Manages donor cultivation, solicitation, retention, sponsorships, and the Scholar Success Circle while analyzing performance data and developing growth strategies. Supervises the Manager of Development Operations and Events, coordinates with leadership and Board members, and oversees Salesforce reporting, project workflows, donor communications, and cross-functional initiatives across the Greater Los Angeles area.

Leads enterprise People & Performance strategy across GKFF and TCF Networks, advising senior executives on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, leadership development, manager capability, culture, compensation, and employee experience. Builds a scalable centralized and federated People operating model, strengthens the People Team, develops HR systems and technology roadmaps, and establishes measurable practices supporting organizational effectiveness across approximately 600–700 employees.

Leads an eight-person accounting team and owns month-end close, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, grant ledgers, audits, controls, reporting, and multi-entity accounting. The role builds scalable processes, improves Workday and finance systems, supports new school launches, ensures grant and regulatory compliance, and partners with executives and school leaders. This hands-on director will strengthen workflows, develop staff, manage change, and deliver accurate financial information across multiple schools.
