Leads an eight-person accounting team and owns month-end close, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, grant ledgers, audits, controls, reporting, and multi-entity accounting. The role builds scalable processes, improves Workday and finance systems, supports new school launches, ensures grant and regulatory compliance, and partners with executives and school leaders. This hands-on director will strengthen workflows, develop staff, manage change, and deliver accurate financial information across multiple schools.

The President leads Aspire NorCal’s entire non-instructional enterprise, overseeing finance, technology, operations, legal, people, and facilities. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will build a unified support office, lead the Aspire Los Angeles separation, manage organizational performance and resource allocation, modernize operations through technology and AI, and ensure schools receive effective support. The role also oversees senior leaders, budgets, change management, stakeholder relationships, and service agreements.

The Chief Schools Officer leads instructional quality and scholar outcomes across 22 schools. Responsibilities include supervising superintendents, principals, and educators; overseeing curriculum, assessment, student services, leadership development, compliance, enrollment, and resource allocation; and driving enterprise strategy. The role reports to the CEO, serves on the executive team, represents the organization with boards and communities, and ensures schools meet academic, regulatory, and charter authorizer expectations.
