Leads high-priority, cross-departmental programs from planning through delivery. Provides overflow support to the PMO, maintains delivery standards, facilitates steering committees and stage-gate reviews, and improves enterprise program-management practices.

The Internal Communications Specialist drafts and publishes newsletters, announcements, Slack updates, and intranet content. They gather information from cross-functional stakeholders, manage communication requests and content calendars, format content, maintain Simpplr pages, and track engagement metrics. The role also supports time-sensitive communications, internal resources, and ad hoc projects while ensuring clear, consistent, engaging employee communications.

On-site IT generalist responsible for endpoint and identity management, network and server support, user support and onboarding, MDM/RMM administration, scripting automation, asset inventory, and coordinating with central IT while maintaining OT/IT segmentation for a regulated pharmaceutical facility.
