Manage onboarding for new provider clinics, provide clear instructions, track progress in HubSpot, create accounts and education materials, route inquiries, collect feedback, escalate issues, and collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams while protecting sensitive patient information.

Administer identity and access systems, SaaS business applications, and employee onboarding and offboarding workflows. Configure SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations; manage access reviews, licenses, and security settings; build API and workflow automations; support macOS, Windows, and Linux users; document procedures; and collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Leads, coaches, and develops a regional team of Customer Success Managers serving clinics and providers. Oversees customer retention, satisfaction, account growth, escalations, performance goals, and KPIs. Partners with Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve provider engagement, workflows, reporting, capacity planning, and customer success processes. The role is primarily remote and requires up to 10% travel for team and organizational events.
