Lead site quality operations for a compounding pharmacy: supervise QA staff, review documentation and labels, manage deviations/CAPA/change control, conduct audits, approve product release, investigate complaints/adverse events, and halt operations when safety or compliance risks arise.

Manage and maintain the LMS (Litmos) and project tool (Asana); administer user accounts, upload SCORM content, generate compliance/training reports, design and deliver webinars and resource guides, collaborate with stakeholders to build training curriculum, track training effectiveness via dashboards, and support rollout of technology-enabled learning solutions.

Serve as the on-site IT lead for a 503B pharmaceutical facility, owning GMP-regulated computerized systems and IT infrastructure. Ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, support CSV and validation activities, manage networks, cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS and endpoint platforms, provide user support and training, and develop automation to improve IT operations and business continuity.
