Leads enterprise sales growth across Greater China by recruiting, coaching, and managing Account Executives; setting team strategy and performance goals; driving revenue and new customer acquisition; developing executive customer relationships; supporting consultative solution sales; and collaborating cross-functionally on products and market awareness.

Manage supplier contracting requests from intake through preparation, negotiation, legal review, and lifecycle completion. Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, Sourcing, and business stakeholders to reduce risk, improve contracting efficiency, answer inquiries, and provide guided support. Maintain engagements in Agiloft, analyze operational data and reporting, reconcile systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements, automation, and best practices for a growing procurement function.

Resolve user escalations within service-level agreements through direct communication, troubleshooting, triage, and cross-functional collaboration. Conduct data-driven root-cause analyses, identify recurring issues, influence product and engineering remediations, present insights to leaders, improve support processes, and help establish the escalation team. The role also supports training, stakeholder accountability, and product roadmap improvements.
