Manage renewals and upsells for SMB customers, run full sales cycles from lead to close, generate leads, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive product adoption and retention through consultative, analytical engagement.

Partner with senior technology leaders to align people strategy with business goals, advise on org design and change, drive cross-functional people programs, use data to improve org health and talent planning, and coach leaders to build high-impact teams. Serve as strategic HR consultant during scaling and growth.

Build and scale connectors and integrations between Stripe and partner systems (Ecommerce, CRM, ERP). Develop services and infrastructure for transactional flows and data migration, deliver high-impact projects, take technical ownership, and collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure cohesion and scalability.
