Own the full sales cycle for Stripe’s crypto products, including stablecoin payments, crypto onramp, digital asset funding, global payouts, and cross-border money movement. Develop pipeline, qualify customers, lead complex technical and commercial negotiations, coordinate Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering stakeholders, and drive launches. Build market segmentation, commercial models, and go-to-market playbooks while providing customer and market feedback to product teams.

Grow adoption and revenue for Stripe’s local payment methods across North and Latin America. The role owns quota-carrying product sales, partners with account executives and customer success teams, leads complex B2B sales cycles, develops business cases, manages commercial negotiations, coordinates technical integrations and launches, and drives post-launch expansion. It also provides payment-method expertise, creates scalable sales plays, and shares market intelligence with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams.

Lead global deal lifecycle transformation programs for Stripe’s go-to-market organization. Own CPQ governance, coordinate feature testing and prioritization, manage change communications and enablement, identify process improvements, synthesize data, and make executive recommendations. The role requires cross-functional stakeholder management, commercial process expertise, analytical ability, and experience navigating complex, ambiguous enterprise programs.
