Lead Stripe’s Core Payments operations program by improving workflows, coordinating global product launches, managing planning and reporting cadences, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, allocating resources, and implementing metrics and standardized processes. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Legal teams to improve operational efficiency, support growth, and execute strategic initiatives in a high-ambiguity fintech environment.

Own end-to-end management of high-priority Total Rewards projects spanning compensation, benefits, equity, talent mobility, and M&A. Build scalable project infrastructure, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks, develop recommendations, and improve program execution. Serve as a strategic partner to People teams while leveraging AI, analytics, and process automation to improve employee and operator experiences.

Own strategic proof-of-concept engagements for frontier AI companies across Stripe’s payments, billing, and monetization products. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution architecture, rapid prototyping, cross-functional leadership, activation, roadmap influence, and creating reusable implementation patterns. The role requires pragmatic coding, strong API and integration expertise, and the ability to lead ambiguous 0-to-1 technical engagements across pre- and post-sales phases.
