Own the legal function for Strike’s European and UK operations, leading regulatory strategy, licensing, passporting, financial services compliance, product counseling, commercial agreements, regulator engagement, AML/CFT support, data protection, and outside counsel management. Advise on cryptoasset, lending, payments, and international expansion matters while partnering with executive, product, compliance, engineering, and commercial teams.

Lead Strike’s global marketing function and build it from the ground up. Own strategy, acquisition, lifecycle, product marketing, go-to-market, attribution, analytics, budget, team development, and scalable growth channels. Establish marketing infrastructure, measure CAC, LTV, retention, and channel economics, translate Strike’s brand and organic audience into growth, and partner with Product, Data, Finance, Brand, and Communications while hiring and developing a high-performing team.
