Manage Strider's Canadian client portfolio end-to-end as the primary strategic advisor. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across higher education, commercial, and public sector accounts. Deliver onboarding, training, executive reviews, success plans, and cross-functional advocacy while collaborating with Sales, Product, Intelligence, and Engineering. Bilingual engagement (English/French) and up to 25% travel across Canada.

Own new-business sales in Japan across commercial, academic, research, and government customers. Build pipeline, develop territory and account strategies, lead discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, navigate complex procurement processes, maintain CRM forecasts, meet revenue targets, and provide market feedback. Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, product, intelligence, customer success, and global leadership teams. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events, with up to 20% travel.

Lead UK and Europe marketing as the region's first local hire: localize and execute integrated campaigns, drive brand awareness, support ABM and events, align with sales, and measure impact using Salesforce to grow enterprise pipeline.
