Own CS operations by building systems, processes, and dashboards for renewals, expansion, health scoring, and forecasting. Improve CRM data quality and automation, design lifecycle playbooks, scale AI-assisted workflows, run operating cadences, and partner cross-functionally to surface client insights and support revenue goals.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven AI products. Own product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, set technical requirements, and scale solutions focused on supply-chain and risk data.

Lead and scale Strider's Client Success organization in Japan: hire and coach a high-performing team, define regional strategy and success metrics, manage executive client relationships, drive adoption/retention/expansion, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Intelligence, and use client insights to inform product and business decisions.
