Provides Tier 2 desktop and endpoint engineering support across a multi-site clinical network. Administers Windows devices, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, cloud telephony, and endpoint connectivity. Supports clinical applications and peripherals, performs deployments and migrations, writes PowerShell scripts, maintains documentation and asset records, and assists with newly acquired clinic integrations. Requires independent troubleshooting, healthcare technology experience, HIPAA compliance, occasional travel, and after-hours cutover support.

Lead technology integration for acquired clinics, including EHR and data migrations, Microsoft 365 and identity consolidation, network and security integration, infrastructure readiness, and transition to corporate IT support. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, vendors, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent workstreams. Also lead broader IT projects, develop integration playbooks, support due diligence, report to leadership, and conduct post-project reviews. Occasional travel to acquired clinic sites is required.

Supports hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises systems, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365. Administers identity platforms, user lifecycles, permissions, virtual servers, Windows systems, network equipment, and clinic technology. Handles helpdesk escalations, patching, monitoring, security operations, acquisition integrations, documentation, and migration tasks. Provides technical guidance to teammates and communicates with users, clinic personnel, and vendors. The role is primarily in-office, includes approximately 25% travel, and may require occasional after-hours maintenance work.
