Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations independently using sonographic equipment, including venous reflux and arterial studies. Screen patients, obtain requisitions, adapt imaging for diagnostic needs, analyze sonograms, and communicate findings to physicians. Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe, orderly workspace while working collaboratively and professionally.

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) integration projects, coordinating EHR/EMR, practice management, billing, clearinghouse, and vendor integrations. Develop project plans, manage risks, oversee testing (unit, system, UAT), ensure HIPAA compliance, validate data integrity, and align technical solutions with operational RCM workflows.

Oversee advanced billing and collections to ensure timely reimbursement and resolve aged AR. Manage payer research, denial management, unapplied payments, TOS/EOD reconciliations, vendor/provider liaison, appeals and corrected claims, and support legacy AR clean-up and special reporting projects.
