Leads StrideCare’s enterprise capital and non-capital project portfolio, overseeing healthcare facility development from planning through go-live. Manages budgets, schedules, pro formas, governance, licensure, accreditation, construction, vendors, and executive reporting. Directs clinic and ASC openings, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, develops the PMO methodology, allocates resources, and leads the project management team. Requires extensive multi-site capital project experience, healthcare facility development expertise, and board-level portfolio leadership.

Support clinical supply procurement by maintaining procurement data and systems, assisting contract lifecycle activities, coordinating with vendors, resolving requests, and supporting internal supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Provide patient-facing front desk support in an outpatient clinic: greet patients, register and update charts, verify insurance and authorizations, schedule appointments, collect payments, coordinate patient flow with clinical staff, maintain records and front desk organization, assist with administrative tasks and cross-train across clinics.
