Leads commercial governance across multidisciplinary design projects, reviewing contracts, appointments, fee proposals, scopes, and risk allocations. Advises on JCT and NEC contracts, novation, liabilities, warranties, insurance, change control, claims, and dispute avoidance. Partners with project leaders to protect project viability, improve fee recovery, report commercial risks, and strengthen sub-consultancy arrangements. Provides commercial coaching and supports consistent governance across UK studios while maintaining collaborative client relationships.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for 350 users across nine UK offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; deploying workstations, laptops, and mobile devices; administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows; supporting servers and network infrastructure; maintaining tickets and documentation; and helping deliver IT solutions and business system implementations.
