Teams at Stremicks Heritage Foods, LLC

Supports continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations by identifying projects, analyzing production data, implementing process solutions, and tracking safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes. Trains and assesses production employees, supports quality and safety investigations, develops reports and metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiency and product margins.

Provides administrative and operational support to sales teams, coordinating quotes, proposals, renewals, customer accounts, inventory, forecasts, and sales reporting. Collaborates with demand planning, production, finance, logistics, procurement, and other departments to manage inventory risks, develop demand plans, validate forecasts, resolve customer issues, and track performance against targets.

Supervise and schedule production staff, monitor production processes (pasteurization, filling, packaging, storing), ensure food safety, quality, equipment sanitation and repair, enforce safety and union rules, coach and develop employees, manage performance and timekeeping, and drive operational efficiency.
