Teams at Stremicks Heritage Foods, LLC

Perform manual packing and palletizing at Tetra lines: hand-stack product to pallet patterns, pack boxes, construct shipping boxes, complete paperwork, report issues, maintain housekeeping and follow GMP, safety, and food-safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting up to 40 lbs and standing 8–12 hour shifts.

Supervise and schedule production staff, monitor production processes (pasteurization, filling, packaging, storing), ensure food safety, quality, equipment sanitation and repair, enforce safety and union rules, coach and develop employees, manage performance and timekeeping, and drive operational efficiency.
