Own revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success. Build a single source of truth, enforce funnel definitions, manage HubSpot permissions and automations, produce forecasts and headcount plans, support commission design, present reliable reporting to leadership and the board, and use AI to improve workflows. The role also involves cross-functional alignment, hiring and training a Sales Operations colleague, and independently building scalable commercial systems.

Build and manage a high-value B2B sales pipeline, prospect and nurture leads, deliver consultative SaaS product demonstrations, and close new business with estate agencies. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and improve client ROI, share sales best practices, contribute product ideas to development teams, and help deliver an excellent customer experience while exceeding sales targets.
