Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies; analyze market trends and performance metrics; manage channel and competitor pricing; produce forecasts and reports; lead client strategy meetings; and partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and process improvements.

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended training for client onboarding and product adoption. Partner with SMEs to analyze needs, create storyboards, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments, maintain templates/standards, measure learning effectiveness, and support rollouts and train-the-trainer initiatives.
