Manage full-cycle accounting for corporate entities including month-end close, journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, consolidated financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, billings, A/P, payroll accruals, bonus calculations, GAAP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Manage day-to-day general accounting operations, lead month/quarter/year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, supervise and mentor accounting staff, support ERP implementations and process improvements, and assist the Corporate Controller with technical accounting research and ad hoc projects.

Lead creative development for pursuits, proposals, property branding, and digital campaigns. Build scalable templates, asset libraries, and brand toolkits. Champion AI-assisted design workflows, manage multiple projects, present design rationale, and ensure production and print best practices across deliverables.
