Provide case management for a mixed caseload (60% children/adolescents, 40% adults) with serious mental illness. Assess needs, develop and update service plans, coordinate community and clinical resources, assist with appointments, perform outreach, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consumer safety and service effectiveness.

The Recruitment Specialist partners with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment, assess qualifications, develop recruitment materials, and enhance retention through strategic planning and analysis of HR metrics.
