Undergraduate unpaid internship supporting individuals with intellectual and/or mental health disabilities in a 24-hour residential group home. Shadow the Program Manager, assist with daily routines and programming, work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform moderate physical tasks and household maintenance duties.

Provide case management for a mixed caseload (60% children/adolescents, 40% adults) with serious mental illness. Assess needs, develop and update service plans, coordinate community and clinical resources, assist with appointments, perform outreach, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consumer safety and service effectiveness.
