As Senior Product Counsel, you will advise on legal issues regarding product development, focusing on AI, privacy, and regulatory compliance in cross-functional teams.

Lead analytics for retention and product marketing: define KPIs and measurement frameworks, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, perform cohort/LTV/churn analyses, forecast with Growth and Finance, and align metrics with Product to inform marketing and product roadmaps.

Own and run Strava's end-to-end global payroll for US and EMEA, lead a distributed payroll team, build SOX-ready controls and documentation, manage payroll vendors and system implementations, handle payroll implications of equity and IPO, partner with GL/Finance/People/Legal, deliver operations reporting, and drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
