Teams at Strava

Own and evolve Strava's authentication, authorization, and privacy product surfaces across iOS, Android, and web. Drive identity roadmap (signup, login, MFA, passkeys, SSO, account recovery), lead unified identity service, and define athlete-facing privacy experiences (consent, data settings, deletion, portability). Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Trust & Safety; measure identity and privacy metrics to balance usability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional security programs (IAM, vulnerability management, compliance readiness, security architecture). Coordinate engineering, product, legal, and IT; manage communications, metrics, risk, dependencies, and tooling (Jira/Confluence/Airtable). Drive decisions, remove blockers, and ensure secure, scalable outcomes.

Lead and execute Strava's corporate security program and enterprise security engineering roadmap. Manage a small engineering team, design and operate identity, endpoint, network, email and SaaS security, and build operating models combining internal engineering with vendor partners. Architect identity and access management, Zero Trust, device hardening and automation, vulnerability management, enterprise AI and data security, and partner cross-functionally on secure-by-default experiences and corporate incident response.
