Lead Strava’s subscription strategy and roadmap, improving free-to-paid conversion, retention, renewals, and lifetime value. Design and evaluate experiments across pricing, packaging, messaging, and value positioning. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, research, and marketing to deliver strong user experiences, track subscription health metrics, and communicate results and trade-offs to leadership.

Own the invoice-to-pay cycle for assigned entities across multiple currencies, including invoice processing, PO matching, payment runs, exception resolution, vendor communication, employee expenses, card reconciliation, and AP month-end close support. The role also involves reviewing aging, supporting accruals and reconciliations, and identifying process improvements in a hybrid Dublin-based Accounts Payable team.

Designs and maintains enterprise SaaS architecture, integrations, endpoint management, identity and access controls, security processes, and IT automation. The role partners with leadership and security teams, manages application governance, audits access, improves vulnerability management, provides Tier 2 support, documents systems, and mentors junior staff. It also helps define the technical vision for a modern, scalable IT environment.
