Manages carwash site operations under supervision while driving revenue, wash purchases, memberships, upgrades, and add-on sales. Leads, coaches, schedules, and develops employees; monitors sales, labor, membership, and operating metrics; executes promotions; maintains equipment, cleanliness, safety, security, inventory, and required inspection standards; and completes logs and employee documentation. Requires at least one year of related management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, cash-handling ability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
