Provide visible security presence at a luxury residential community by conducting routine patrols, monitoring access and safety hazards, documenting incidents, responding to resident concerns and emergencies, enforcing community policies, assisting visitors, reporting maintenance/safety issues, and coordinating with local emergency services while delivering professional customer service.

Patrol residential property to observe, detect, and report security concerns; interact courteously with residents and guests; conduct rounds and inspect doors, gates, amenities, and elevators; respond to emergencies and follow management directives.

Supervise and support front desk operations across multiple Dallas-area properties, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage staffing and uniforms, conduct performance reviews, recruit and train staff, implement policies, perform site inspections, and build client relationships. Weekends and holidays required; may work 2–3 shifts weekly.
