Support GEOINT ground systems resiliency and mission assurance through threat modeling, mission risk assessments, resiliency engineering, COOP/RIPO planning, readiness exercises, and systems engineering support across operations, cybersecurity, and acquisition stakeholders.

Provide senior technical leadership and systems engineering expertise for GEOINT ground systems. Advise government leadership on architectures, processing baselines, mission integration, technical assessments, risk, and modernization. Support reviews, evaluate contractor deliverables, collaborate with operators and partners, and recommend technology and acquisition strategies.

Provide technical leadership for advanced electro-optical (EO) remote sensing systems across concept, development, integration, testing, and operational deployment. Evaluate sensor performance, EO phenomenology, calibration, and GEOINT processing/integration. Support requirements, trade studies, technical assessments, mission integration, and briefing of senior government stakeholders. Inform technology roadmaps and modernization for next-generation EO capabilities.
