Leads project cost accounting and financial management for government contracts. Establishes and maintains Unanet projects, monitors costs, revenue, funding, billing, profitability, and variances, and supports forecasts, EACs, payroll reconciliation, invoicing, month-end close, audits, and compliance with FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements. Partners with Finance, Contracts, HR, and Program Management to improve financial controls, reporting, and scalable accounting processes.

Support government program offices across the full acquisition lifecycle for space and intelligence programs. Assist in acquisition strategy, solicitations, source selection, IGCEs, J&As, contract execution, and process improvement. Enable flexible acquisition approaches (OTAs, FAR Part 16), Agile/DevSecOps practices, and integration of AI/ML and software acquisition methods.

The Ground Systems Engineer oversees the systems engineering lifecycle for satellite ground software, managing development, testing, and delivery while ensuring compliance with mission objectives and requirements.
