Lead and manage engineering programs from planning through LRIP and field deployment, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate resources, forecast financials, support proposals and capture, and improve internal processes to transition prototypes to production while ensuring compliance with export controls and contractual requirements.

Lead mechanical design and production transition for rugged autonomous ground vehicles. Own subsystems from concept through prototype, testing, refinement, and production release. Design components and assemblies, support fabrication and integration, resolve cross-discipline issues, develop test plans, and collaborate with electrical, software, and systems teams to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and field supportability.

Lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle for autonomous off-highway vehicles: define and manage requirements, develop and maintain MBSE models, ensure integration of mechanical/electrical/software components, support safety engineering (hazard analyses, FMEAs), and mentor teams while driving verification, validation, and production transition.

Lead integration and execution of mechatronic robotic systems: design electrical architectures, wiring, and packaging; select and integrate sensors, actuators, and compute; prototype and fabricate hardware; debug system-level issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains; execute integration testing, verification, validation, and field testing; manage integration risks and translate MBSE diagrams into buildable solutions.
