Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, achieve revenue targets, deliver training, support retention and career development, maintain staffing levels, and use prospect intelligence to drive new business. The role requires building client relationships, learning product offerings, and traveling daily within an assigned geographic area.

Drive new B2B account development through prospecting, cold calling, appointments, product presentations, and meeting sales quotas. Use lead generation, territory-based outreach, and business intelligence to grow revenue.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for client networks, servers, workstations and peripherals. Troubleshoot and configure Windows desktops and servers, Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN/VPN, routers and firewalls. Install hardware/software, manage backups and industry-specific solutions, and handle client interactions while traveling to customer sites.
