Provides advanced infrastructure engineering, technical support, escalation resolution, and solution implementation for managed-service clients. Designs and troubleshoots networks, firewalls, servers, storage, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, backup, and disaster recovery environments. Conducts infrastructure assessments, develops recommendations and statements of work, documents solutions, trains and mentors staff, and supports projects both remotely and onsite while meeting service-level expectations.

Develop new B2B business within an assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, setting appointments, presenting products, gathering prospect intelligence, and meeting revenue and sales targets. The role includes structured sales training and requires daily local travel, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance.

The role requires building client relationships, learning product offerings, and traveling daily within an assigned geographic area.
