Supports Technology Business Management expense transparency across IT service towers. Responsibilities include maintaining financial models, cost allocation methodologies, reporting frameworks, service mappings, and spend insights. Partners with IT service owners, Finance, and business stakeholders to validate inputs, improve cost transparency, and communicate financial analysis. Requires experience in TBM or IT financial management, budgeting and forecasting, advanced Excel, and financial reporting. Familiarity with Power BI, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft is preferred.

Provides hands-on cloud security design, engineering, implementation, and oversight for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and PeopleSoft environments. Designs secure landing zones, networks, access controls, and OCI security services; implements CSPM, monitoring, logging, and SIEM integrations; identifies and remediates risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps; supports application, API, IAM, and DevSecOps security; and collaborates with technical teams on architecture reviews, documentation, and security recommendations.

Manage and direct CAD integration with NG9-1-1 call handling systems across PSAC environments. Advise technical teams on telephony, logging and recording, CAD, and call-handling integration. Validate functional interfaces, coordinate configuration and testing, participate in end-to-end system integration testing, define integration sequencing, and ensure delivery meets NYPD requirements and schedule.
