Provides scientific, engineering, analytical, and programmatic support for DOE/NNSA nuclear security research and development programs. Reviews technical proposals, projects, experiments, risks, schedules, costs, and performance; prepares assessments, reports, briefings, and recommendations; coordinates technical reviews and stakeholder collaboration; supports program planning, tracking, workforce development, and rapid-response requirements. Requires advanced STEM education, specialized nuclear or energetic materials experience, DOE Q clearance eligibility, strong communication skills, and travel to facilities and partner sites.

Supports NASA’s Human Resources Office through program management, learning and development coordination, training administration, stakeholder engagement, course scheduling, logistics, reporting, audits, and learning effectiveness measurement. Maintains training records, websites, calendars, course materials, and ServiceNow submissions while coordinating instructors, facilities, accessibility arrangements, communications, and required documentation.

Organizes and administers DPRR knowledge and document management systems using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Develops knowledge products, meeting materials, after-action reports, correspondence, newsletters, briefings, and recommendations. Ensures materials meet correspondence and branding standards, supports information sharing across distributed sites, and facilitates continuity of operations. The role also coordinates deliverables, interacts with government clients, and supports meetings and events.
