Owns and elevates the SSI brand’s visual execution across brand, marketing, campaign, presentation, digital, and social assets. Translates strategy into visual systems, maintains design guidelines, leads hands-on design, reviews creative work, and ensures high standards for layout, typography, and storytelling. Collaborates with creative, content, marketing, and growth teams; builds scalable templates; leverages AI and automation; mentors designers; and improves design quality and efficiency.

Partners with sales teams to identify client needs, design cloud and enterprise solutions, and communicate technical value. Develops presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, proposals, estimates, pricing models, infrastructure sizing, and architectural plans. Supports vendor partnerships and contract negotiations, mentors junior staff, standardizes presales processes, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Requires strong cloud architecture, technical sales, communication, project management, and proposal development experience.

Translates workforce scheduling, compliance, time-tracking, and operational workflows into system requirements and scalable configurations. Leads discovery workshops, data validation, workflow design, dashboard configuration, test planning, and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing. Documents functional gaps and requirements for Product and Engineering teams while serving as the liaison between clients and technical stakeholders. Supports implementation through workflow diagrams, functional documentation, KPI analysis, and root-cause resolution.
