Teams at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI)

Provide resilience and performance psychology instruction to U.S. Army, DoD personnel, families, and civilians. Teach mental skills in group and individual settings, consult during training exercises and field operations, deliver tailored workshops, support wounded warriors, conduct assessments, assist program evaluation and research, perform routine program operations and briefings, recommend program improvements, and maintain professional development.

Verify eligibility and issue military ID cards and CACs; maintain DEERS and RAPIDS; screen and brief customers; research source documents; issue authorizations and government IDs; perform basic computer/printer maintenance, prepare reports, and provide customer service. Must complete RAPIDS certification shortly after hire.
