Teams at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI)

Provides resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement instruction to military personnel, families, and civilians. Teaches mental skills including confidence building, goal setting, attention control, energy management, imagery, and team building. Coaches individuals and units during training and field operations, develops workshops, supports program evaluation and research, briefs leaders, and assists with operational duties. Requires Army performance certification and Master Resilience Training before performing duties.

Supports field exercises, workshops, assessments, program evaluation, leader briefings, wounded warrior transitions, and routine program operations.

Provides resilience, positive psychology, and performance-enhancement instruction to military personnel, families, and civilians. Teaches mental skills including confidence building, goal setting, attention control, energy management, imagery, and team building through individual and group training. Supports field exercises, workshops, program assessments, research, briefings, and operational improvements. Requires a master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology with performance psychology emphasis, U.S. citizenship, Army certification, travel flexibility, and active physical participation.
