Serve as a technical sales engineer for commercial and industrial HVAC, building relationships with consulting engineers, supporting equipment selection, specification selling, technical presentations, and managing assigned engineering accounts across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

Lead post-processing operations including trimming, finishing, QC, inventory, packaging, and shipping. Hire and develop technicians, create SOPs, track KPIs, partner with engineering and production to optimize flow and ensure safety and quality.

Lead complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements; advise business leaders; review and sign tax returns; build client relationships; mentor and develop tax staff; contribute to business development and practice growth.
