Lead EDI operations for benefits and HR tech: configure/test ANSI 834 files, manage carrier integrations and payroll vendor APIs, oversee EDI ticketing and shared inbox, support enrollments, supervise a team while handling individual caseloads, run daily scrums, and act as escalation point.

Lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of community-based leadership academies for middle and high school students. Oversee facilitation, mentorship, data collection, attendance and outcome tracking, staff coaching, family and partner engagement, and ensure trauma-informed, PBIS-aligned practices and curriculum fidelity across cohorts.

Lead strategic and operational management of EPIC Youth programs, ensuring program quality, staff supervision and development, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, data-driven evaluation, community partnerships, and direct facilitation as needed to support youth mentorship, leadership development, and measurable outcomes.
