The Project Manager will oversee enterprise projects, ensuring governance, execution, and stakeholder engagement, while managing risks and driving operational excellence.

Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and people management for B2B instructor staff across campuses. Build standardized instructor practices, design staffing and training processes, track readiness and performance, partner with program leads, and travel to sites (30-40%) to support delivery and scaling of enterprise workforce programs.

Deliver applied, scenario-based leadership training for front-line construction supervisors and emerging leaders. Facilitate role-plays, simulations, coaching labs, and competency-based assessments focused on safety leadership, planning, productivity, quality, communication, coaching, accountability, and decision-making. Collaborate with operations and workforce development, evaluate participant performance with observation rubrics, and support train-the-trainer and continuous improvement activities.
