Build and implement a scalable operating model, hire and manage instructors, track financial and operational metrics, maintain client relationships, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, support campus expansion and facility projects, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while managing a ~$3M P&L.

Ensure safety across enterprise client training programs by auditing training sites, delivering safety content (LOTO, NFPA 70E, arc flash, fire suppression), investigating incidents, maintaining logs, and ensuring instructor and participant readiness.

The Project Manager will oversee enterprise projects, ensuring governance, execution, and stakeholder engagement, while managing risks and driving operational excellence.
