Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, write and optimize SQL queries, analyze large datasets to monitor campaign and recruitment performance, ensure CRM inquiry routing and data integrity, manage geographic and demographic analytics, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports and insights to marketing, admissions, and leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles: proactively source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate hiring steps, extend offers, maintain ATS/HRIS records, ensure compliance, and support hiring events and community outreach.
