Leads enterprise process excellence and knowledge management capabilities, including governance, documentation standards, process ownership, continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and knowledge repository effectiveness. Oversees cross-functional improvement initiatives, promotes automation, advises senior leaders, and manages a Process Excellence team. Builds organizational capability through process methodologies, measurement, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement practices.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles: proactively source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate hiring steps, extend offers, maintain ATS/HRIS records, ensure compliance, and support hiring events and community outreach.

Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and people management for B2B instructor staff across campuses. Build standardized instructor practices, design staffing and training processes, track readiness and performance, partner with program leads, and travel to sites (30-40%) to support delivery and scaling of enterprise workforce programs.
