Build and validate autonomy software for outdoor construction robots. Responsibilities include developing ROS 2 software, working on perception, mapping, localization, manipulation, simulation, and testing, creating automated regression tests with Isaac Sim, conducting field tests, analyzing failures, and building evaluation tools. The intern will collaborate with autonomy, mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams during robot integration and field testing.

Electrical Engineering Intern supporting board bring-up, hardware and firmware debugging, validation, power electronics characterization, schematic and layout review, component selection, and system integration for construction robots. The role involves hands-on lab work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters, developing test plans, documenting results, and troubleshooting mixed-signal and multi-board systems.

Design and analyze robotic mechanisms and structures using NX CAD, create release-ready drawings, and support prototype manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing. The intern will fabricate fixtures, write test plans, troubleshoot mechanical issues, document design changes, and improve hardware reliability in a hands-on robotics development environment.
