Lead large-scale Ellucian ERP (Banner/Colleague) on-premise to SaaS transformations across multiple workstreams. Establish program governance, manage budgets and risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, report to executive sponsors, set KPIs, and coach project managers to ensure successful delivery, benefits realization, and stakeholder alignment.

Provide functional and implementation expertise for Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable. Analyze and improve student billing, payments, refunds, and collections processes; develop reports; troubleshoot issues; train users; coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver projects and optimize Colleague usage. Up to 25% travel.

Consultant will implement and provide support for Slate CRM solutions at academic institutions, enhancing business processes and facilitating technology integration.
