Leads the company’s marketing strategy, team, budget, brand, demand generation, content, thought leadership, events, digital presence, and AI-first marketing initiatives. Owns pipeline generation, marketing KPIs, attribution, dashboards, campaign optimization, and ROI reporting while partnering with sales and executive leadership. Oversees Salesforce and Pardot workflows, LinkedIn programs, employer branding, conferences, and integrated campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth.

Support clients with Ellucian Colleague ERP implementation, configuration, integration, migration, system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support. Consult with clients to understand requirements, recommend solutions, manage project deliverables, and align systems with business processes. The role may focus on Colleague programming using Envision and UniBasic or system administration and integration, with opportunities to develop skills in modern web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS solutions.

Build and ship full-stack integrations, React Experience Cards, and automated workflows for Ellucian higher-education platforms. Translate specifications into production code using Node.js, REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication patterns. Work with AWS S3, SFTP, Git, AI coding assistants, and internal AI tools. Participate in client requirements sessions, demos, enablement, and configuration delivery while independently solving technical problems.
