Responsibilities may include technical analysis, regulatory compliance, safety inspections, project scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, documentation, communications, recruiting support, and office coordination. Interns work with experienced professionals on federal and commercial client projects and may be considered for permanent roles.

Leads federal business development, capture, and proposal activities from opportunity identification through contract award. Responsibilities include customer and competitor research, win strategy development, teaming and pricing coordination, pipeline reporting, proposal scheduling, compliance matrices, color team reviews, technical and management writing, SME coordination, and final submission. The role requires strong knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, FAR, DFARS, IDIQs, BPA task orders, and small business set-asides.

Lead engineering point of contact for LICOR projects: establish estimates, scope and approve designs, coordinate resources, produce engineering deliverables, maintain records, follow codes and safety, and report project status.
