Serve as PMO subject matter expert for testing, commissioning, and readiness of nuclear facilities. Review and evaluate contractor testing programs, technical products, and records for compliance and adequacy. Provide technical guidance on mechanical, process, electrical, piping, glovebox, HVAC, and compressed air systems. Plan and perform assessments, produce high-quality reports, and support PMO operations and security oversight to ensure readiness and compliance with DOE/NRC requirements.

Design, model, and analyze facility power distribution systems with emphasis on SKM-based short circuit, coordination, and arc flash hazard assessments. Lead site data collection, review legacy documentation, collaborate on CAD drawings, produce technical reports, recommend system optimizations, and generate equipment safety labels to ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards.

Provide process engineering expertise for energy and environmental projects, applying chemical engineering principles. Support project execution, ensure safety and quality, comply with security screening, drug testing, and client access authorization requirements. On-site in Oak Ridge, TN.
