The Scientist/Senior Scientist will lead the development and validation of analytical methods for mRNA and LNP formulations, analyze data, mentor junior scientists, and contribute to regulatory submissions.

The Associate Scientist I/II will analyze samples using various analytical methods, support optimization and scale-up in mRNA development, and utilize statistical tools to interpret data.

The Associate Scientist I will execute experiments on LNP mixing and purification for scaling up processes, focusing on developing robust formulations and collaborating with internal teams.

Lead process sciences and innovation for mRNA and LNP platforms: scout and implement emerging technologies, design and run experiments to improve synthesis, purification and formulation, partner with Analytical Development on PAT and in-line monitoring, drive mechanistic understanding, mentor junior staff, and manage vendor and academic collaborations to advance scalable, high-quality manufacturing.

Develop, automate, optimize, and maintain lab methods and liquid-handling workflows for LNP/mRNA manufacturing. Collaborate with analytical and process teams, train operators, troubleshoot automated systems, execute process-improvement studies, and identify opportunities to scale and increase throughput using automation.
