As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll deploy AI solutions, collaborate with clients, architect prototypes, iterate based on user feedback, and integrate systems, driving impactful engineering within a competitive team.

Lead Strala's claims function end-to-end: build and scale claims teams and systems, partner with sales and customers, and translate claims expertise into AI-driven product and workflow design. Serve as an executive sponsor for clients, participate in hiring and operations, and collaborate closely with engineering to define data, workflow, and automation strategies.

Drive outbound pipeline for enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) via cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn and events; run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and work with senior sellers to convert meetings into ARR while building scalable outbound playbooks.
