Own and scale a B2B events program end-to-end: strategy, event selection, pre-event targeting with sales, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, content and materials, vendor and budget management, performance reporting tied to pipeline, and building repeatable playbooks for sponsored and owned formats.

Own measurement, experimentation, and channel execution for B2B demand generation. Execute LinkedIn paid campaigns, run email/newsletter programs, measure attribution across channels, design experiments, partner with events and sales, and iterate on channels and processes to drive high-quality pipeline.

The role involves owning the end-to-end recruiting process, sourcing candidates, managing agency relationships, and building a recruiting function for various teams at Strala.
