Design, build, test, and operate scalable backend services and APIs for a card issuing platform. Integrate with payment providers and third-party systems, improve reliability and performance, support testing and incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-grade fintech infrastructure.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and account maintenance for Exchanges, PSPs, and LPs; coordinate with Compliance and internal teams; perform fiat and stablecoin reconciliations, P&L and inventory accounting; track onboarding milestones, resolve KYT/KYC issues, and report operational performance to the OTC Trading team.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, workshops, and brand activations across Singapore and international markets. Own swag strategy from sourcing to distribution, manage vendor partnerships and event logistics, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and mitigate execution risks, and support virtual events and occasional regional travel.
