Lead B2B client acquisition and revenue growth for digital payment solutions. Develop sales strategies, build enterprise and merchant relationships, manage pipelines, lead pitching through onboarding and closing, and retain existing clients. Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Management teams to deliver tailored payment solutions. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and track trends across digital assets, blockchain, and payments.

Manage corporate secretarial matters, ACRA filings, statutory records, board and shareholder meetings, governance policies, compliance calendars, legal onboarding, and document repositories. Support audits, fundraising diligence, regulatory requirements, restructurings, and day-to-day legal operations. Improve legal-team efficiency through AI-enabled tools, document management, and workflow automation while coordinating with internal stakeholders, regulators, service providers, and corporate partners.

Build and operate backend systems for fiat and stablecoin payment rails, including public APIs for deposits, payouts, swaps, and settlement. Develop scalable, secure, reliable services; write tested code; contribute to architecture and system design; monitor production systems; support merchant integrations and investigations; participate in reviews, planning, and Agile delivery.
