Own commercial and revenue operations for a Cards & Payments division. Build deal-sizing, pricing, margin, quota, commission, forecasting, and revenue-reconciliation frameworks. Lead Project Everest across Commercial, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Operations, ensuring product readiness, onboarding, revenue recognition, and settlement performance.

Own FP&A across multiple markets, products, and entities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, board materials, business partnering, unit economics, fundraising support, and investor data-room preparation. Improve finance processes and systems through automation and AI while delivering independent recommendations, challenging business assumptions, and influencing product and commercial leaders.

Manage commercial client onboarding from initial engagement through account activation. Coordinate documentation and requirements with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations; resolve issues; maintain regulatory compliance; track onboarding metrics and SLAs; and improve workflows, systems, and client experience. The role requires managing multiple cases accurately while identifying bottlenecks and recommending operational improvements.
