Design and build production GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI systems while establishing architecture standards, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and delivery practices. Own AI tooling and infrastructure budgets, select technical stacks, produce architecture documentation, integrate AI with enterprise systems, support presales and client discussions, and mentor technical teams. The role requires strong software engineering and solution architecture experience, recent hands-on GenAI work, cloud and database expertise, and client-facing technical leadership.

Supports multiple Workday projects and project managers with status reporting, scheduling, project plans, resource forecasts, financial tracking, invoicing, risk and issue follow-up, documentation, tool access, and meeting administration. Provides PMO portfolio support through reporting, methodology adherence, process documentation, tool improvements, training, lessons learned, and standard operating procedure updates. The role also assists with testing defect tracking and supports project team members in using project management systems.

Implements and supports SAP HR payroll solutions by documenting customer requirements, reviewing architectures, defining data structures, configuring and programming applications, deploying across environments, conducting integrated testing, resolving technical issues, and supporting project teams. The consultant ensures solutions meet customer needs, maintain performance, follow Strada standards, and are delivered with quality and within deadlines.
