Strada Benefits Overview

Handles inbound calls from Florida employees and retirees regarding benefits, payroll, deductions, dependent documentation, and retirement services. Documents interactions, researches and resolves inquiries using established procedures and SLAs, escalates complex issues, protects sensitive information, and meets quality and productivity standards. The role is full-time and in-person in Tallahassee, with occasional extended shifts and participation in training and team meetings.

Provides payroll accounting, funding, reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit support for Canadian and U.S. payroll operations. The role analyzes variances and compliance issues, prepares accounting adjustments, resolves system and operational issues, supports implementations and year-end activities, maintains controls and procedures, and collaborates with clients, vendors, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders. It also identifies process improvements and automation opportunities while safeguarding confidential payroll and financial information.

Supports the end-to-end German payroll lifecycle, including payroll transactions, reporting, legislation updates, issue resolution, root cause analysis, client support, change requests, and implementation projects. The role also coaches colleagues, identifies process improvements and upsell opportunities, manages confidential information, and supports client engagement. Fluent English and German, payroll administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, risk awareness, and attention to detail are required.
