Leads Strada’s Technology Innovation portfolio, developing strategies, partnerships, investments, standards, and evidence for human-centered AI and technology-enabled career coaching. Provides strategic analysis, oversees grants and impact measurement, manages the Quality Coaching Project Manager, and leads cross-functional portfolio execution. The role also represents Strada externally, supports organizational culture, and translates research and innovation into scalable, measurable approaches for education-to-career coaching.
