Lead and oversee all perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli/Sushi, Bakery, Floral). Manage department leaders and staff, ensure product freshness, compliance with food safety, merchandising, inventory control, labor scheduling, and excellent customer service. Support store leadership on operations, vendor coordination, and department performance.

Manage floral department operations including inventory, pricing, merchandising, ordering, receiving, display building, labor scheduling, and training new associates to meet company sales and production standards.

Oversee all perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli/Sushi, Bakery, Floral), lead and train department teams, manage inventory, merchandising, safety and food‑safety compliance, optimize labor and schedules, support promotions and vendor partnerships, and drive customer service and operational excellence for the store.
