Lead and coach a controls hardware team to define and implement standardized control system solutions. Drive technical standards, design verification, budgeting, procurement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Improve engineering processes, automate tools, deliver validated solutions, and provide training and mentorship to ensure high-quality, compliant deployments.

As an L1 IT Support Engineer, you'll provide technical support, manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, install hardware and software, and assist in training staff to enhance user productivity.
