Manage international robotic warehouse automation projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, invoicing, quality assurance, timeline and scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, reporting, and final acceptance. The role requires at least five years of project management experience, preferably in intralogistics or comparable industrial sectors, along with fluent English and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.

Supervise on-site execution of silo and industrial construction projects. Responsibilities include enforcing QSHE standards, preparing mobilization, coordinating assembly supervisors and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, managing risks and deviations, controlling certifications, supporting claims and variations, tracking budgets and costs, validating invoices, preparing reports, and maintaining project data in SAP. The role requires international travel every week and regular collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project managers.

Integrates automated warehouse systems with ERP platforms, PLCs, robots, and customer-specific software. Configures standard components, develops Python plugins, builds interfaces using APIs and industrial protocols, and performs testing, commissioning, and acceptance procedures. The role includes technical analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, customer interaction, user training, on-site implementation, and frequent international travel. Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience, software development expertise, and familiarity with databases, containers, web technologies, and .NET.
