Configure and customize warehouse automation software, develop modular plugins, integrate systems with ERP/PLCs/robots using industrial protocols, perform FAT/SAT testing, commission systems on-site, provide technical support and user training, and document integration work while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

Test Offboard Systems software on physical hardware, validate multiple hardware/database configurations, verify backwards compatibility, execute customer-specific scenarios, document test plans and defects, validate release notes, and report findings to development teams.

Develop and maintain React + TypeScript frontends for internal and customer-facing tools; participate in full software lifecycle, testing, refactoring, and cross-department collaboration. Occasionally work with C#/.NET backends and deliver user training and support.
