Independently administer performance management cycles, engagement surveys, recognition and employee experience programs. The role supports managers and colleagues, analyzes performance and survey data, coordinates training and listening sessions, maintains documentation and calendars, researches benchmarks, and partners with HR and Learning & Development teams. It requires strong organization, communication, discretion with confidential information, independent execution, and experience with HRIS or related employee program tools.

Lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements, manage client communications, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and oversee financial operations for various clients.

Coordinate daily office operations, front desk services, facilities requests, supplies, meetings, hospitality, mail, onboarding, events, records, expenses, and administrative support. Serve as a primary contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management while supporting workplace initiatives, marketing, business development, client materials, and process improvements. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient professional-services workplace.
