The Senior Manager/Director of Tax Provision leads income tax provision engagements, manages teams, provides tax advisory, and ensures compliance with ASC 740 for clients.

The Analyst will contribute to transformative change projects by supporting analysis, stakeholder research, quantitative data integration, and developing strategic plans. Responsibilities include executing workstreams, conducting financial analysis, and creating visualizations to support client objectives.

Support business valuation and financial advisory engagements by conducting company, industry, and market research; building DCF, guideline company, and precedent transaction models; analyzing financial statements and tax records; preparing valuation reports, exhibits, and presentations; participating in client interviews; and using AI-enabled tools to streamline research and deliverables for tax, transaction, corporate planning, and dispute purposes.
