Responsibilities include supervising teams, assessing quality of earnings and working capital, identifying transaction risks, analyzing financial statements, preparing diligence reports, leading client meetings, reviewing audit workpapers, advising on deal documents, supporting business development, and hiring and training staff.

Leads business valuation engagements involving purchase price allocation, impairment testing, stock-based compensation, complex securities, discounted cash flow analysis, and transaction opinions. Manages valuation teams, reviews reports, supports client relationships and due diligence, conducts economic and industry research, and provides financial, tax, and regulatory valuation services. Mentors junior professionals and uses AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve research and deliverables.
