Coordinate Japanese voice production from script readiness through final delivery. Manage freelancers, agencies, timelines, deliverables, revisions, quality checks, and production issues. Serve as the primary liaison with the Japanese voice agency, negotiate solutions, monitor performance, and improve workflows and documentation. The role requires native Japanese fluency, excellent English communication, strong project management, quality control, and cross-cultural coordination skills.

Lead the creative adaptation of web comics into animated videos and motion comics. Set creative direction across visuals, audio, pacing, and casting; manage a multidisciplinary team of art editors, animators, and sound designers; oversee timelines, workloads, quality, and delivery; select and integrate voice recordings; and develop scalable creative production systems in collaboration with production and technology teams.
