Own the reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of Storyblok’s PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora platform. Lead query optimization, upgrades, schema migrations, replication, disaster recovery, observability, infrastructure automation, security, and capacity planning. Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, security, and data teams; participate in on-call and incident response; and establish tooling, guardrails, documentation, and mentoring practices that enable safe database operations.

Develop and execute B2B content strategy across campaign cycles, including thought leadership, blog posts, whitepapers, landing pages, SEO content, and customer case studies. Own customer advocacy content, track performance KPIs, coordinate with PR, social, events, and customer teams, and support UGC and executive communications programs. Use data, AI tools, and content optimization practices to connect marketing efforts with business results.

Owns Storyblok’s marketing automation systems and top-of-funnel campaigns across Pardot, Salesforce, website forms, Clay, and related integrations. Responsibilities include campaign execution, nurture programs, webinar workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle routing, data quality, reporting, deliverability, and process automation. The role also builds templates, documents playbooks, trains marketers, and collaborates with demand generation, events, content, sales development, sales operations, and analytics teams.
