Lead strategy and execution for a multi-tier cannabis brand portfolio: define GTM for premium and value lines, manage lifecycle marketing, retail merchandising, partnerships, content/SEO, market launches, SKU and packaging strategy, and performance analytics using cannabis/CPG data platforms across AZ, MD, and expansion markets.

Temporary 4–6 month role supporting corporate and regulatory legal work for a multi-state cannabis company. Responsibilities include entity formation and management, M&A due diligence support, contract review and negotiation, state regulatory filings, corporate governance, legal research, and assisting senior attorneys. Opportunity to gain cannabis regulatory and transactional experience.

Lead and mature the IT organization supporting infrastructure, end-user support, enterprise applications, integrations, security, and compliance across multiple regions. Define IT strategy, transform processes, manage risk and cybersecurity, ensure productivity tools and asset management are governed, and build a high-performing team. Communicate technology strategy to stakeholders and manage performance, change management, and operational delivery for a rapidly scaling company.
