Supports the cultivation facility’s Integrated Pest Management program by inspecting plants and grow rooms, identifying pests and diseases, completing spray assignments, collecting samples, documenting plant health and cleanliness, maintaining equipment, and recommending treatments. The role requires safe pesticide practices, compliance with state regulations and company procedures, independent time management, physical mobility, ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds, and potential evening or weekend work.

Lead and mature the IT organization supporting infrastructure, end-user support, enterprise applications, integrations, security, and compliance across multiple regions. Define IT strategy, transform processes, manage risk and cybersecurity, ensure productivity tools and asset management are governed, and build a high-performing team. Communicate technology strategy to stakeholders and manage performance, change management, and operational delivery for a rapidly scaling company.
